Conor McGregor took to the Glasgow stage last night and immediately made friends and enemies.

Walking onto the stage the UFC star shouted

“What’s up Glasgow Celtic, the ONLY football club around here worth talking about”

The comments met with a rapturous applause as the crowd acknowledged it.

Conor was in town for a Q&A night at Glasgow’s Armadillo venue and didn’t disappoint. The Irishman has spoken before of his support for Celtic and recently acknowledged the fans on social media when the Green Brigade’s UFC-esk banner went viral.

We don’t think Martin liked it though.

Here is the man himself taking to the stage last night. We have to admit, we think Thistle fans should be the most offended.
