Henrik Larsson’s Helsingborg side have been relegated this afternoon after a 1-1 draw with Halmstad.

With so much at stake, the former Celtic striker sent out his team in the hope they could pull of a result and save their top flight status. However, the draw consigned them to the second tier of Swedish football sparking angry scenes at full time.

Swedish media have reported that Helsingborg fans entered the pitch to try and get to Henrik’s son Jordan who plays for the Swedish side. As you can see from the video, several fans surround him and try to take his shirt off him. Disgraceful scenes.

It remains to be seen if the Celtic legend will stay on at the club for next season where they will look to bounce back at the first time of trying.
