Kelvin Wilson has re-signed for Nottingham Forest 2 years after leaving the English club for Celtic.

The fee is believed to be around £2Million.

During the week he sighted family reasons for wanting to leave Parkhead.

Speaking after the Elfsborg game he said:

“If I am to leave it will be for family reasons which I’d rather not go into.”
“But it will be difficult to go, you just need to look at occasions like tonight. European football and the Champions League are massive draws and you just think back to last season.”
“But I am leaving for personal reasons and the boss understands that. The club want it resolved and I want it resolved sooner rather than later. So I expect the whole thing to be sorted out soon.”

Kelvin didn’t have the best starts to his Celtic career but he was one of the stand out performers for the club last season.
We’re all sad to see the big defender go but family comes first and he leaves with our best wishes.

Hail Hail Kelvin!
