It’s an interesting time at Celtic Park. Following the recent departure of Ange Postecogou to Tottenham, rumours have been rampant about who take over the Treble champions.
One name that has emerged in the past 24 hours is that of Daniel Farke, former Norwich and Borussia Mönchengladbach coach.
Reports from Germany suggest that Farke and Celtic have already held discussions, indicating a potential interest from both parties. Farke, who has experience in both the English and German top-flight leagues, could be seen as a strong candidate to take over the reins at Celtic, especially given his knack for developing young talent and implementing a possession-based, attacking style of football.
Excl. News #Farke: Talks with @CelticFC! Celtic very interested in signing him as a replacement for Postecoglou. First talks took place. #CelticFC
Next option: @leeds confirmed. But not advanced yet. Could change next week.

But Celtic is not the only club rumoured to be interested in Farke’s services. Leeds United, who unfortunately found themselves relegated from the English Premier League, are also said to be in talks with Farke. This presents a potential competition between Celtic and Leeds for the German coach’s signature.
Celtic are casting their net far and wide and will not be rushing any decision.
We’ll keep you updated as more information becomes available. Until then, let’s keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best outcome for the club.
No thank you Mr Farke. Get Rodgers before he ends up somewhere else. He owes us BIG TIME and we could do with someone who knows Celtic.
