FORMER CELT Stefan Johansen silenced his critics at the weekend, scoring Fulham’s second in a big win over Nottingham Forest.

The Norweigan is usually a fan-favourite at Craven Cottage but lately, he’s been getting a bit of stick for a dip in form, prompting the player to celebrate his goal by putting his finger over his mouth.

After the goal, some fans were not pleased with Stefan’s choice of celebration.

Some Fulham fans have noted that Stefan’s performances have been in decline in his second season with the club. Celtic fans may be able to add credence to this, during his time in Scotland Johansen went from player of the year one season to surplus by the following.

Stefan enjoyed his goal at the weekend and helped his side stay among the play-off sides as Fulham search for promotion to England’s top flight.
