CELTIC just about booked their place in the semi-final against St Johnstone on Sunday after a dog fight of a game.
The bhoys had to dig deep on a day where the pitch was not going to do anything but disrupt their natural flow. There weren’t too many players who had standout matches but some Celtic fans are struggling to see why Neil Lennon is using Greg Taylor as a wing-back.
The defender has come in and done well since coming into the starting XI after the January break but the lad is struggling to play a position which is pretty foreign to him.
Hopefully he can get better in the role but you can tell he’s a natural left-back trying to play wing-back.
These fans went from encouraging to just criticism.
The most important thing for the club is we got to the semi-final of the Scottish Cup and it doesn’t matter how you get there. A 1-0 win with the goalscorer either Jullien or Christie on the day.
Greg Taylor’s positional sense both in attack and defence needs work.

Taylor is a decent player with some potentiom,but i don’t think he has the mentality necessary to cut it at Celtic to make the position his own.
I’ll happily come back and say i was wrong if he’s still with us in 18 months tops.
Doesn’t cut it for me-struggling to see what he brings to the team.
Hasnt the pace to take players on , his crossing is pretty poor and always seems to pass the ball backwards from promising positions
His play put us out of Europe he is a one trick pony why put his foot on top of the ball and you can almost hear him take to long to think today he brought nothing to the game he reminds me of Lennon slow on the up take and passes the ball back ,we do not need wing back players, we need central attackers any players that use this shit back passing should be sold ,its a weakness and is poor play our keeper is hitting the ball further up the park, yet the guys like brown a Forrest and McGregor can’t send a throw ball into the 18 yard box
