CHRIS SUTTON took a rather sarcastic approach to Celtic’s 0-0 draw after rent-a-gob Robbie Savage tweeted the former Premiership and SPL winner.

Savage tried to teas Chris about Celtic’s draw but the big man was having absolutely none of it.

The Englishman brushed him off with a wink and a smile declaring there’s a ‘real crisis’ at Celtic now after dropping two points.

Ten men Celtic failed to break down a resolute St Mirren side who were out to show what they could do under a new manager.

The bhoys looked lethargic and out of ideas as they were chased down and crowded out in the final third.

It will be up to Rodgers to pull us out of this ‘crisis’ now.

It’s the Europa League up for Celtic next when they take on familiar foe Rosenborg at Celtic Park on Thursday night. A game where Celtic will surely look to win if they have any desire to get out of the group stage.

  1. Regardless of the banter between Sutton and Savage, Celtic were truly awful. Nitcham was , like many others , so far off the pace he was irratic in his challenges all night. It was a poor performance from the off, no dynamism or enthusiasm about our play. Too many of these performances over the last year imo

  2. Shocking performance all round and Ajer at RB caused more trouble than any SM! Constantly drifting inside, losing width, abandoning Forrest and leaving space for counter. Only the ref was worse!
