There has has been much made of the Celtic Park kiosks over the years with fans getting involved to try and up the matchday experience and urge Celtic to serve up something more palatable.

However, if you frequently visit Celtic Park you will know the same old frailties are still there when it comes to the food department.

Case and point – the burger which was served up to a Celtic fan yesterday looked absolutely disgusting.

This prompted more fans to chime in with their horror stories of matchday scran with the same complaints over and over again.

Flat and warm juice, terrible tasting hot drinks, burnt and jaw shattering pies – the list goes on and on.

Celtic fans aren’t expecting a five star dining experience when they head to watch the club they love but surely we can do better than what’s currently on offer.

The only saving grace is the very few Pizza stands that serve up personal pizza’s but that will set you back five quid.

You can’t even pay by card at the kiosks which is another big issue but I suppose it will save some from buying one of those burgers!

  1. Sort it out Celtic
First class grub for our first class fans
    It’s not asking to much
Shite food for extortionate prices isn’t on
    Hail Hail

  2. if you don’t sort it out you are going to be left with lots of food as people won’t buy it anymore fed up being treated like shite.

  3. The price and quality of the food is ridiculous for such a wealthy club. Sorry, but I would always buy my food before going to the stadium. They installed fancy floodlights and couldn’t be bothered even giving the toilets a lick of paint. Don’t get me started on the tv screens within the foyers that hardly ever work. Match day experience? Give me a break.

  4. ( A CLUB LIKE NO OTHER ) NOT REALLY LIVING UP TO IT, SERVING THIS CRAP, WE PAY GOOD MONEY TO GO AND WATCH THE TEAM EVERY AND SUPPORT IT IN EVERY WAY WE CAN, CELTIC SHOULD BE DOING THE SAME WITH ITS SUPPORTERS.

  5. Bottom line is they couldn’t give a **** about the fans, you can see that on non match days and have to visit the toilet underneath the main stand.
It’s disgusting, stinks and not a great advert for visitors to the stadium and club.
PL and the stadium management team should visit it one day and see if they would use it.

  6. Refused entry to the Kerrydale Suite yesterday at 12.30pm along with dozens of season ticket fans .Was told the lounge was full to capacity ..utter tosh… spaces were being kept for Hospitality bookings to turn up whenever they like.Went into the stadium early for some food to be met with this dire looking fayre.
Greedy greedy club…..because now season ticket holders will only be allowed into the Kerrydale whenever Hospitality sales are low.Got your money up front so they dont give a toss …that’s why they sell the space to ‘one game a year ‘ people.

  7. They don’t give a damn about ordinary fans and it is becoming more and more obvious. Prices are outrageously high and the pies and burgers are disgusting.

In contrast, I remember going to St Mirren park for our early season friendly matches a couple of years back and the grub served there was far superior and the service and friendliness of the catering staff was much appreciated. I was very impressed by that experience.

It seems the club has lost sight of the common man. Money means all to those at the top.
They do give to charity, but this is done on the back of the ever-giving fans.

  8. The food at Paradise is not fit to be thown oot of a corner shop thats well by its edible date. A couple of years ago (well almost six years ago) I used to go to reserves games at the Excelsior and the full sized chicken 350g pie, a small 125ml carton of orange juice and a 50g packet of peanuts (Yes, I have all the pies) Came to £1:95. With inflation today that would be £3:50 for a halftime meal. At Paradise back six years ago, it would cost me £3:50 for a Allan Mutton pie. And after I ate one and looked at my hand it looked like I had been holding a candle. And since it tasted like a auld deid sheep meat candle. I never had anything ever to eat from their again.

  9. There’s perfectly fine fast food shop on Springfield road, can get cpl rolls and a drink and still costs less than a manky Celtic pie or burger
