GRAHAM SPIERS has told his social media following he had a big problem with the ‘lack of class’ shown by Scott Brown during the Glasgow Derby game on Sunday. Let it be noted, the journalist had no such ‘class’ problems with Morelos, Kent or Andy Halliday after they all tried to hurt the Celtic captain.

Not only did Spiers say he wasn’t impressed with Brown he declared the midfielder acted like an ‘all-round tit’.

Celtic were beaten at Ibrox in December with Scott Brown getting the worst of the taunting by Ibrox players and fans. Instead of rising to any of it, the captain put his head down and marked their cards waiting and got back at them in the most spectacular of fashions during Sunday’s win.

Brown got their top score sent off, he’s going to earn a lengthy ban for their top midfielder and well, he’s probably done them a favour getting Halliday sent off up the tunnel.

Scott Brown hasn’t done anything any different from what a lot of players do on the football pitch to try and gain an advantage and get under the skin of their opponents. What’s happened here is the Gers players who lack class rose to spectacular levels.

Wind your neck in Graham.
