Celtic’s latest transfer story has caught fire very quickly on Wednesday.

Sky Sports first reported the Scottish Champions were interested in PSG midfielder Edouard Michut on Wednesday morning.

To add more credence to the potential Celtic signing, famous transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has thrown his weight behind the report and claimed talks have taken place and they’re at an advanced stage.

The 19-year-old has already made his PSG first team debut but could be tempted by first team football on offer at Celtic.

Romano claiming the fee or bid to be around the €2.5m mark.

Celtic are seeking a midfielder this summer as they look to take their squad to the next level. The bhoys won a league and cup double in Ange’s inaugural season.

The Bhoys now have Champions League football to look forward to and are looking for players who can make a real difference.

  1. I don’t know if young Edouard Michut would get in front of Callum McGregor or be a starter for Celtic yes it is a cheaper option than Fausto Vera but I think Fausto Vera would have a lot more chance to get in the first team.
