Celtic take on Kilmarnock at 3pm this afternoon. The bhoys are looking to finally get back to winning ways in the SPFL after getting a win against a very tough Lille side on Thursday.

The news coming out of the Europa game was the emergence of the fringe players. Everyone who came in put in a shift but particularly the two midfielders; David Turnbull and Ismaila Soro.

Celtic fans have been clamouring since Thursday to sing the praises of both players and believe they should start against Kilmarnock after their midweek efforts.

We’re not sure how Neil Lennon will line up and which players will get to stay in the team, but here’s how we would start today’s game.

Putting Ajer at right back to see if he can give us a more sturdy base at the back but also give us good width and advice on the overlap in the final third.

Hazard keeping his place would make sense, the goalkeeper didn’t have much to do but didn’t do much wrong against Lille.

Henderson also a very creative player with senior man Callum McGregor to captain the side in Brown’s absence.

Edouard to come in for Klimala seems like a no brainer and should thrive off the service from Turnbull and co.

Could this be the team today or will Neil Lennon bring a few more familiar faces back in?
