ALAN STUBBS was on form this weekend when he posted a message directed to the Louden Tavern.
The famous advertisement was taken out by the pub in the run-up to the final game of the season in 1998 claimed they were hosting a ten in a row party once the Gers had secured their tenth consecutive title.
It was all a bit premature and full of wishful thinking.
Instead of a party at the Louden, there was one happening at Celtic Park on the day when goals from Henrik Larsson and Harold Brattback secured the title for Celtic.
With the bhoys heading into next season most likely going for ten in a row, Stubbs has invited the louden to celebrate that party instead.
?sorry to have spoiled the party guys #10inarow…..but you can celebrate next years one with us if you want too???????????????? pic.twitter.com/WdGOJVqUkD

Celtic came back from the brink of extinction to save their club, and from there, built themselves up to stopping the ten.
The secret to this was Fergus McCann not planning for the now but instead for the future. He would not be swayed by the success of the Ibrox club across the city back then. He had a plan and he executed it. Even Fergus could have never envisioned the bhoys bringing the title home that year.
