Celtic Park has been shut off to only essential personnel for some time now so it’s hard to see what’s going on inside it.

However, stadium manager Rob Buchanan has gave us a very up to date glimpse of inside the ground as Celtic get set for back to back friendlies Sunday and Monday.

The pitch is in immaculate condition ahead of Celtic’s SPFL opener next Sunday. The team will have been working around the clock to get it looking that good. The pitch has been redone since last time fans were inside the stadium.

The other noticeable thing is the new balance logo has gone from the top tier but an Adidas style chair set up hasn’t been installed at the moment. The last two shirt deals have seen the Celtic Park top tier get a makeover, it’s likely Adidas will get the same treatment somewhere down the line.

There’s also no signs of any banners covering seats like we’ve seen a lot of in European leagues and the Premier League. We wonder if Celtic will install something before the official games start or they are holding out because they believe supporters will be back shortly.
