Celtic lost three of their first six games at the start of the season, with Hearts, The Rangers, and Livingston all beating the Hoops.

However, since then, Celtic haven’t lost a league game. Postecoglou’s football kicked in, and the Celtic team’s performance levels raised. Although, the Hoops were still dropping points, drawing to teams like Dundee United and Livingston at home.

Sacha Pisani, an Australian journalist, Tweeted more amazing stats. Since Celtic lost to Livingston, they’ve scored sixty-four goals and kept sixteen clean sheets – a brilliant record.
Postecoglou’s fast-flowing, attacking football has allowed Celtic to be efficient in front of goal, burying teams under a bundle of goals.
The defence has been brilliant this season too. Often left exposed to defend one on one, they’ve dealt with most things thrown at them, with teams often identifying set-pieces as the only way to net the ball. When the back four has been breached, Joe Hart has pulled off some fantastic saves to keep the opposition at bay.
Celtic are about to receive their reward for turning the season around. The Hoops are champions-elect as the season’s end comes into sight.
