ANGE Postecoglou has confirmed to Sky Sports one of his coaching staff was hit by a bottle this afternoon at Ibrox but thankfully, the person in question left without serious damage.

It was an embarrassing day for the ibrox club in terms of fans throwing missiles at the Celtic players.

The second half was delayed due to a broken glass bottle being thrown at Joe hart that smashed on the pitch on impact leaving shards all over the penalty box.

We then seen lighters and cups being thrown at corners as Celtic continued to lead in the game.

We’re not sure when a bottle hit Ange’s technical area but we know the Australian wouldn’t have even brought it up had it not happened.

It’s time something is done about this support and the way they conduct themselves when they’re not winning games. It’s abhorrent to see so many missiles thrown on to a pitch and more than three hours after the game we’ve seen nothing from the Ibrox club condemning the actions of certain supporters.

Celtic should think long and hard about giving them an allocation for the derby at Celtic Park after the split.

  1. Sweep sweep sweep. Do I hear the Sfa broom in operation? All the evidence it there. All on video, and from both members of CFC dug out, and the Sevco ground staff? It’s became a policing matter.
