Ange Postecoglou has won another manager of the month in the SPFL as his side are days away from being crowned SPFL title winners.

The manager who was patronised when he came to Celtic, claims of him being gone by Christmas and out of his depth have been emphatically put to bed.

The Australian has overseen one of the biggest turnarounds in Celtic history. A 25 point deficit turned around into a six point lead with a side who were only assembled over the past 9-10 months.

It’s quite incredible from the manager who touched down in Glasgow back in June.

Another manager of the month award to add to the collection and soon to be sitting beside a league winners medal. It’s great to see the manager again sharing the award with his staff and a great touch to see Celtic legend John Clark in the fold.

Celtic fans can’t help but feel exited at the prospect of what’s next under Ange, but before we get ahead of ourselves, there’s a small matter of wrapping up the title and having a party for the bhoys in green.

  1. Suppose it should be Management Team of the Month; they’ve all done a sterling job over the course of the season.
