Ange Postecoglou confirmed to CeltsAreHere.com that Jota IS a doubt for Tuesday’s game against RB Leipzig but there’s two bhoys returning after missing out at the weekend.

Both Moritz Jenz and David Turnbull have recovered from illness that saw both miss the win against St Johnstone. David also missed out on the squad away to Leipzig.

The Celtic manager confirmed they had both recovered and are in contention for a place in the starting XI.

There’s space in the midfield with Callum McGregor out injured and it will be interesting to see if Stephen Welsh is preferred to Moritz Jenz on the night with CCV back in the picture.

Jenz played his best games for Celtic so far alongside the American centre-back and Ange Postecoglou may want to revisit that partnership.

It’s going to be a big night at Celtic park where the atmosphere will be red hot. The fans will certainly do their part, it’s then up to the team to go out and do the business.

Celtic need to make sure they cut out the mistakes from the first leg and show they can be clinical in front of goal.

  1. RBL flooded our backline, basically forcing their way through us, and we more or less let them by sitting too deep and losing our shape with players chaotically all over the place.

They also had us sussed playing out wide from the back.

The team seem too spread out in attack, often leaving no outball for defenders and leaving each other isolated being doubled up on, while in defence we seem too bunched up and lacking width leaving us vulnerable to back post balls.

Its individual errors that’ve cost us most in conceding goals this whole CL campaign to date so if we can address all of the above, and play direct quick attacking football, we’ve got a chance of taking something from the game
