ANGE POSTECOGLOU has delivered his first interview at Lennoxtown as he takes over and starts implementing his vision for the club.

It’s been three weeks since Ange was announced as the Celtic boss, because of quarantine rules the manager has had to wait until he got the all clear to begin.

The manager said he was looking forward to the first training session and doesn’t want to look too far ahead at the moment. It’s all about seeing what he has available to him and how he wants his team to play.

The Australian boss also had great things to say about Callum McGregor after watching the Celtic midfielder in the Scotland squad at Euro 2020.

Dominic McKay and the manager were present at Wembley for the 0-0 draw against England last Friday.

The international bhoys will get some time off now before joining the squad, it won’t be until Celtic’s pre-season training camp when Ange will have the whole team together.

  1. Welcome to the home of Scottish domestic football Ange. You’re the manager of by far the biggest and most successful club in Scottish football and the weight of expectancy is now yours to carry. A league and cup double is the minimum for this coming season. A run in the Europa would be welcome too.
