Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou has teased supporters over the club’s business this coming January ahead of the transfer window.

The Hoops boss has always insisted that he is keen to add more quality to his squad, so you would imagine he is looking forward to that privilege in the coming months.

However, speaking after Thursday night’s game, the 56-year old wasn’t giving much away in terms of where he would be targeting but continued to insist he is keen to add to the squad.

“There is no doubt. We are still just four or five months into building a team, and it was never going to happen in one transfer window,” he said, as quoted by the Daily Record.

“We know that we need more depth and players in certain areas that I think can help us to bridge the gap.

When asked about the January window and how it can be a tough window to buy in, Ange continued, saying: “Maybe…maybe not. Let’s just see.”

It is clear to see from a supporters point of view that Ange has made massive strides at such an early stage as manager of the club.

Given his successful purchases in the summer, the former Socceroos boss MUST be backed in order to get the club competing with top sides such as Bayer Leverkusen once again.

Of course, our focus at this point in time remains on the hectic fixture schedule the Bhoys are set to face this coming month. But, it is good to see we are looking ahead.
