The Japanese striker got on the scoresheet twice, with a trademark finish as well as a world-class dink over Trevor Carson in the Buddies’ net, similar to the goal he scored against Hibs in the League Cup Final last year.

Postecoglou was thrilled with the dominant performance on display from his Bhoys, and was impressed by the performance of his starman Kyogo.

Speaking after the match, Postecoglou was full of awe at his player, who’s taken his goal tally to 17 for the season, already surpassing his total from last. Ange Postecoglou said; [Celtic TV]

Brilliant. Kyogo has been on fire for quite a while, but his movement and part of his finishing is always there. I was pleased with quality of our goals tonight. Two trademark Kyogo goals, a set piece and Dave‘s great strike were some really nice goals.

It‘s stuff we work on consistently and I don‘t think its a secret to anyone, but it‘s pretty hard to stop when we move the ball that quickly. Movements were sharp, I thought we played good football tonight, and not in easy conditions.”

Also on the scoresheet were Abada and Turnbull, earning the bhoys three points which keeps them at the top of the league with a nine-point lead, with their goal advantage stretching to 23. Celtic have scored 69 goals so far this season, and they look as of they’re going to keep on hitting the back of the net.
