CELTIC are set to land their second signing next week as St Mirren’s Lewis Morgan weighs up his options ahead of the January transfer window.

The 21-year-old who came through the Ibrox youth system has been given a massive decision to make about his future with Celtic firmly in the driving seat.

Any move would involve the player being loaned back to St Mirren for the rest of the season in order for him to help the Buddies with their title tilt.

Lewis knows his next move is vital, Celtic have spoken to him and he’s ready to make a decision as the window opens.

The St Mirren Manager Jack Ross clarified the situation.

“He’s had a big decision to make, in terms of potential suitors,” Jack said.

“There will be an announcement or final confirmation of his decision within the next seven days.”
