JACK HENDRY has completed his loan move to Melbourne City for the rest of the season and will go straight into the squad for Saturday should his visa fo through in time.
The Celtic defender has only had 11 minutes of football this season under Neil Lennon and his time before that was also very limited. Celtic signed the player two years ago but when he has played, he’s not looked the strongest.
He’s been left behind by the team in many ways with Nir Bitton being shoehorned into defence during injury problems rather than give Jack a run out.
His move to to Australia came out of the blue but the player is probably right to get as far away from Scotland as possible away from the noise and get back to playing football.
Melbourne City confirmed the transfer overnight. We wish Jack the best of luck during his loan spell.
