OLIVIER NTCHAM is facing a fitness sweat to be ready for AEK Athens on Wednesday night after the player picked up a knock in Celtic’s 3-1 win over Livingston.

The Frenchman got on the scoresheet, firing home from the penalty spot and generally looked lively.

However, the midfielder picked up a knock late on that could rule him out of Celtic’s pivotal tie with the Greek side.

Speaking after the game, Rodgers was unsure about his player’s situation and said he will be monitoring it over the next 48 hours.

“He just looks like he’s hurt his ankle there. He’ll get in, get assessed and we’ll take it from there.” the Celtic manager said.

Wednesday night is a massive game for Celtic and it’s important all our main stars are fit and ready to go.
