ARSENAL fans have been left feeling deflated after securing the signing of a Kieran Tierney yesterday only to be told today they won’t see him for at least a month by the London club.
Kieran’s injury woes have been well documented with the player hardly kicking a ball in 2019 and after successfully passing a medical the club have told fans not to expect to see Tierney until deep into September.
The defender left his bhoyhood heroes after spending 15 years at the club. Signing when he was seven, the youngster played his way through the ranks to become a treble treble winner.
He signs off a Champion and as he looks to bring silverware to Arsenal’s rather mundane trophy room – the kid will have to wait a little longer.
Celtic now have a massive amount of cash and it’s up to the club to replace the defender before the Scottish window closes in three weeks time.
