Celtic will face Greek side AEK Athens in the Champions League third qualifying if they beat Rosenborg over two legs this coming week.

The first leg of the third qualifying round is scheduled to be played on 7 August, with the return tie on 14 August.

The Greek Champions will provide a stern test for any club and should Celtic get there it’s sure to be a mouth watering tie.

Of all the teams in the next round, Athens were probably one of the harder sides Celtic could have come up against.

Here is some early reaction on social media.
