There has been a lot more focus on Celtic from Australia since Ange Postecoglou became manager of the club.
The media in Ange’s homeland are intrigued to see how the 56-year old does and show him lots of support after the job he did as manager of the countries national side between 2013-2017.
One media outlet – Fox Football – reported to the Australian public that Ange had made his first final with the club. However, they also didn’t miss out their praise for the club fans tribute in the 67th minute to Bertie Auld, describing the display as ‘stunning’.

Celtic fans are renowned across the globe for the support they give the club.
More focus has been put upon the club, with the interest in Ange from Australia, and the media appear to be loving it. Especially with the early success that Postecoglou is having on his new-look side.
They will undoubtedly be keeping a close eye when we next return to Hampden for the Premier Sports cup final next month.
But for now, the focus turns to Bayer Leverkusen on Thursday and the up-and-coming league fixtures ahead of a busy month.
