It has been no secret Celtic have tried to re-sign Aaron Hickey from Hearts and if you are to believe Craig Lebrun, we’ve made four or five attempts in the last year.
The players future isn’t at Championship side Hearts but it appears as if it won’t be with Celtic either.
Reports in Germany claim Bayern Munich are going to continue their trend of snapping up young Scottish talent and have offered Hickey a five-year deal to join their world class academy.
Done deal! Aaron #Hickey to #BayernMunich from #Hearts. 5-year contract. All confirmed! #transfers

Bayern Munich and what they have to offer young players dwarves what even Celtic can do for them. The youth coaches play a big role and even map out each individuals route to the first team. It’s not guaranteed but the level of detail being offered means many will shun Scottish football for a shot at the big time.
Celtic have lost two youth players to the Bayern Academy already.
