MICHAEL STEWART went on an impassioned rant about the governance of Scottish Football and how incidents are being dealt with.

After last season when sectarian chanting, things being thrown and players being accosted there has been no real effort by clubs and the SPFL to deal with it.

We’ve had Scott Brown approached by a fan at Ibrox getting in his face and the club going unpunished. Even last season the reckless way some Celtic fans used pyro, throwing it onto a pitch and it going off near a professional trying to do his job.

There should be no tit for tat or no he’s worse than me. It’s simple, the more any of these things are allowed to go unchallenged then it’s a breeding ground for more idiocy.

The Ibrox fans caving in a disabled roof is a shocker but the Ibrox club’s response to it was pretty poor.

Deterents must be put in place and the SPFL must find a pair and be consistent when it comes to dangerous incidents which could end in badly injured fans or players.

Here was Michael’s rant about the current climate.

If I were the Spfl I would just wash my hands of them.

Dont remember any pitch invasion when Naka scored in Injury time at Rugby Park. And he ran into the crowd. Did sevco actually win the league on hunday????

  2. Well said Mike!
The other 3 cowards and shysters on with you were not really listening and still putting caveats to it and dumbing it all down. There is a big problem in Scotland and it all mainly emanates from ONE Klub and its fans. Of course there are some issues in other clubs, but not anywhere as disturbing as the Klan.
    The truth hurts them.
As is shown by their pathetic attempt to place the blame on Kilmarnock. Remember when they said it was Broony who made them do it. It ALWAYS somebody else’s fault. Never them.
    Scotland’s shame,
