A bizarre spat between Ibrox bound Kilmarnock player Jordan Jones and former Partick Thistle player and Celtic fan Jai Quitongo after Jones declared Son hyung Ming was the ‘greatest ever Asian footballer’.

This prompted Quitongo to reply to Jones, who did not take it well when Jai declared Nakamura was the best ever Asian footballer.

The soon-to-be Ibrox player took the huff with Jai’s tweet and attacked him for being a Celtic fan and only saying that because he supported the Scottish Champions.

The belter of the night came from Jai’s comeback though when he told the player to be ‘careful’ about his pro-Rangers stance because he’s still a Killie player right now and then he told Jones to ‘Enjoy watching ten in a row’ from his vantage point at Ibrox.

Jones created a backlash when after signing a pre-contract for The Rangers he tweeted out ‘WATP’ which disgusted Kilmarnock fans at the time.

He’s clearly playing to the galleries with Jai here, as the Machine Sazi player was only expressing a genuine opinion. Jones got rinsed in the end though.

For the record, Jai is right!
