Brendan Rodgers continued to address the Greg Taylor contract situation post-match tonight after the Celtic defender completed 90 minutes against Dundee United at Celtic Park.
With such media attention surrounding Rodgers’ post-match comments on Sunday regarding Taylor and the disrespect he receives from some supporters, the Irishman discussed the Scotland left-back’s performance tonight.
When asked ‘Greg Taylor seemed totally unflustered by it all as well, just his usual self?’
Rodgers said: (The Celtic Way), “Yes, he’s absolutely fine with it. Like I say, it’s probably a bigger deal made of it than what it actually was, my observation I made, but it’s gone now.
“So, he was very good in the game, as he always is.
“He was very consistent and had a really good performance.”

The Irishman is clearly looking to draw a line under the situation.
However, with rumours of a Celtic move for Kieran Tierney over the coming weeks likely to intensify, it will be hard for Rodgers to avoid discussing Taylor’s complicated contract situation.
With Taylor’s current deal set to expire in the summer and Dinamo Zagreb said to be interested in a pre-contract agreement, the speculation is unlikely to fade.
