When The Rangers dropped five points in the league last week, we knew Kris Boyd wouldn’t take it well but we couldn’t have envisioned the extent of the damage done to the monster munch enthusiast.
Using his column at SunSport, he goes off on a tirade about Celtic supporters and how they’ve been celebrating the fact the Ibrox club have dropped the points.
With no hint of irony, the club he supported since 2012 has crowned themselves champions at lease 312 times over the past three seasons.
The stuttering pundit really really really dislikes Celtic, his bitterness not even hidden in the media work he does and when Celtic win and he’s on the panel, he grudges giving them kudos.
As Celtic fans amuse themselves online, it would appear they’ve upset Kris. If you could let it be known if you’re one of the people who prompted the below tirade.
“CONGRATULATIONS go to Celtic on winning the Premiership title.
“What? The league isn’t over yet? There is still a third of the season to go?
“Sorry, my mistake. But judging by the loud noises coming from the Celtic support in the last week I assumed they’d already been crowned champions.”
