CELTIC have had a second bid for goalkeeper Trevor Carson thrown out by the Fir Park club.
Celtic made an original offer of 200k for the keeper which was rejected, the new offer is said to be double of the first but this has been swiftly rejected by the Steelmen.
Celtic are in need of a backup goalkeeper and Brendan Rodgers is keen on the Northern Irishman. However, as Motherwell would be most likely left without a first team goalkeeper if he was to go today, then they want his valuation met.
Motherwell are asking for 750k if Celtic want Trevor. It remains to be seen if a third bid will go in.
