Brendan Rodgers was asked at today’s press conference about the ongoing speculation that Steven Gerrard could be his derby for next term.

The Celtic manager admits he’s not surprised that Gerrard wants to get into first team management but it’s important to pick the ‘right’ job.

Brendan Rodgers men go into the game against the Ibrox club on Sunday knowing a victory will secure the league title for the seventh consecutive time.

It’s safe to say whoever the Orishman is opposite next season, they’re in for a hard task.

  1. What a surprise, pressmen asking him about Gerrard, it’s stupid speculation and got nothing to do with the Celtic manager , do you think they would ask him about the price of bread if a loaf cost £5 ? No it’s irrelevant just like the Gerrard story

  2. Typical bullshit entering a super Sunday for our Bhoys, trying to sell season tickets for the new club Stevie G won’t ever manage that cheating club not in a million years never mind their 6 year existence.Brooney beware next year you’ll have too worry about arfield,Ha!!!!Ha.Come on you Bhoys!!!Hail Hail.
