BRENDAN RODGERS has come out in defence of referees even after watching his side drop two points at Fir Park to a very dodgy decision.
Celtic looked to have scored a perfectly legitimate goal against Motherwell to go 2-0 up but Filip Benkovic’s shout was wrongly disallowed.
The whistlers have been under the microscope over the past few weeks especially with some horrendous decisions all over the country but the Celtic manager refuses to pile in when it comes to criticising the officials.

Celtic have Kilmarnock at home tomorrow where The Bhoys will look to regain top spot against a very solid Killie side who come to Celtic Park as league leaders.
Hopefully we are talking about the football come 4:45pm on Saturday night and the ref has a quiet game.
If Celtic can play to their strengths there is a fantastic chance The Bhoys take top spot on the day.
