Brendan Rodgers has declared himself happy with the squad that he has. He is however said to be keen to bring in one or two more players in the January window.
The Celtic manager added German defender Marvin Compper to his squad yesterday. But speaking to the media today the Irish man said:
“You always have to look to strengthen the squad and January is a good month for us to do that.Â
“Marvin is in and that’s great, hopefully, we can add one or two more.Â
Celtic have been linked with a number of Scotish young talent over the past few weeks. If Brendan is happy with his squad maybe he is thinking of buying players to develop. No names have been linked with Celtic that would suggest the board are going to spend any large amounts of cash in January.
