On the 9th minute of Celtic’s game against Salzburg, the Celtic fans came unglued and rose to their feet to show solidarity and get behind their troubled star Leigh Griffiths.

Leigh is now taking time away from the game to focus on himself and getting better in his personal life.

Since the announcement, Celtic fans have been first class and have backed their man 100%.

It was a nice touch from the bhoys in the Green Brigade to make a banner which read – ‘It’s ok not to be ok’.

Leigh has a long road ahead of him but with the right people around him, he will get better.

It was a very poignant moment inside Celtic Park as the fans chanted their striker’s name.

Celtic were beat on the night against Salzburg but it didn’t matter with Leipzig failing to win against Rosenborg.

The bhoys went through with nine points, three of them coming from a very late Leigh Griffiths goal during matchday one.
