ANGE POSTECOGLOU has reacted after his side were beaten 3-1 in the first leg of their Conference League knockout tie.

Bodo/Glimt humbled the Glasgow side who didn’t look up to much throughout the match. A half-time advantage was doubled by the visitors early into the second half. Celtic then pulled one back before the Norwegian’s regained their lead.

Speaking after the match Postecoglou believed the visitors were the more ‘clinical’ side.

Celtic will have a chance to right the wrongs next Thursday. With no away goals, Celtic simply have to win by three goals to progress to the next round of the competition.

There is no getting away from the fact that Celtic was extremely poor on the night. The players know they can perform better and if they are more ‘clinical’ next week the side stand a great chance at challenging Bodo/Glimt’s lead.

It’s only half-time in the fixture. Postecoglou will work with his team before making the trip to the arctic circle but first Dundee on Sunday will be the priority for the manager and his players.
