CELTIC have today announced the return of the Celtic Festival, four months after the inaugural festival at the SECC.

The club are thinking way ahead and looking to capitalise on Christmas to sell tickets to the event which will be pencilled in between July 24th-26th.

The festival was generally well-received by the supporters in attendance. Lots of things for the kids to do and a large bar area to get a drink. The food choices were expensive and very unhealthy – maybe the club will look at more variety this time around.

Also at points during the weekend, you couldn’t move for the queues to just about everything. We hope these teething problems are addressed for the sequel to the event.

From commentating on famous Celtic goals to playing tennis football, it was enjoyable and there was plenty of opportunities to meet former Celtic players on each day of the festival.

Will you be going?
