The World Cup youngster is just awaiting a work permit to finalise his Man City deal and then head straight for Glasgow to begin his loan deal.
Arzani is a fantastic young talent and is being described by people in the Australian setup as one of the most gifted players to come out the country in a generation.
We understand Celtic will have an option to buy the player if he manages to make the breakthrough.
Celtic are top heavy in midfielders and unless Daniel is coming in to start with developmental squad it could spell the end for Ryan Christie at the club.
