Celtic Trust chairman David Low has warned that a few more exits within the boardroom at Celtic will have to come, as there is ‘rebellion in the air’ from Celtic fans who are extremely disappointed with the ongoing at the club this season.

As quoted by the Daily Record, Low did insist that the Trust would have nothing to do with boycotts and the such but unless there is more change at board level, some fans will take that decision until those changes have been made.

“The Celtic Trust will have nothing to do with boycotts or refusing to buy season tickets.

“The odds are decent there will be changes in the boardroom because Celtic know there’s rebellion in the air.”

On Friday, one key change was made for the future of Celtic Football Club, as Dominic McKay was announced as the replacement to CEO Peter Lawwell in the summer.

This was one change that was received well by the support, but there is still an awful a lot of work to be done for Celtic going forward and that was made evidently clear yesterday.

If this change wasn’t too come, it wouldn’t be any surprise to see fans making big choices that could affect the club in a way that could force changes being made. The next few months feel like they are absolutely massive for the future of Celtic.

  1. The only power that fans, including Celtic Trust , have, is to refuse to renew ST.
The board will only listen when revenue is threatened.
For Celtic Trust to refuse to consider to boycott ST sales is like having a union which refuses to ever call a strike.
    Utterly toothless
