BRENDAN RODGERS is ser for crunch talks with new Australia boss Graham Arnold this week to discuss Daniel Arzani and what Celtic’s plans are for the youngster.

Arnold wants to be involved as much as he can be in the youngsters future and will fly into Scotland to talk with the Celtic boss.

The Australian national has been in a training camp in Turkey during the international break and Arnold has admitted Arzani is looking good.

Tom Rogic missed the training camp due to a niggling injury the player is trying to overcome.

Speaking about Arzani, the Australis boss is confident he’s in the right place.

“Daniel’s in great shape. He’s looked excellent in training.

“I will be in Scotland on Wednesday or Thursday. I’m meeting Brendan and will find out more.

I do know Celtic rate him very, very highly.

“He’s only been there two weeks and needs a little bit of time to settle.

“I’m sure the plans Celtic have will be great for him.”

Arzani was left out of Brendan Rodgers Europa League squad last week and will play no part in the club’s European adventure between now and Christmas.

It’s thought Rodgers wants to ease the player in to life at Celtic.

  1. WTF has it to do with Mr Armold what Celtic’s plans are for Daniel Arzani? That’s like Big Feck asking Jurgen Klopp what he plans to do with Andy Robertson.
