Celtic Supporter Liason Officer has offered up an explanation as to why the letter regarding use of Season cards was sent out to fans.

Some fans were left disgruntled yesterday when the letter dropped through their door letting them know they cannot transfer their season cards to a friend or family member in the event they could not make the game.

The letter was seen as pointless to the majority of fans who will continue to use their card in the way they always have.

As we suspected it was more to do with adults skipping in as concessions and not concerning the vast majority who got the letter.

  1. ALL CELTIC FANS DONT RENEW SEASON TICKETS FOR NEXT SEASON THEY WONT BELONG BACKTRACKING ITS THE FANS WHO GOT THE CLUB WERE THEY ARE TODAY BEING TREATED LIKE DIRT

  2. I think the non-transfer of the cards to friends and family is a step too far.
If you had a concert ticket to go see a band and couldn’t make it for whatever reason, well I know I’d give it to someone else to use it rather than it going to waste.
Celtic have been paid in full for the season and this is wrong of them not to allow supporters to give their books to family and friends to use.
Fans could be ill, holidaying and/or various other reasons, this, for me,seems too much like money grabbing, and that’s something that I thought I’d never associate with Our Club.
