CELTIC look like they want to get business done as early as possible and have already made moves to bring in players this summer even though there’s no full time manager at the helm.
Interim boss Neil Lennon was spotted at the Hawthorns last week and it appears now the Irishman was doing a bit of scouting for the club.
According to Record Sport, Celtic are very interested in West Brom midfielder Rekeem Harper who has refused to sign a new deal with the Birmingham outfit up to this point.
Harper, 19, is a central midfielder who has made 23 appearances for the Baggies this season in all competitions.
The same report claims the midfielder was a VIP guest of the club on trophy day when the bhoys beat Hearts 2-1 and celebrated their 8th consecutive league title. If Celtic have brought the youngster in to have a look around and talk terms then it could just be a matter of time before Rakeem becomes out first summer signing. Watch this space.
