Rumours continue to circulate that Kelvin Wilson would like a return to Nottingham Forest.
He was subject of a £1.5Million bid from the Championship side in July but the Celtic hierarchy through it out.
The big defender had a mediocre start to his Celtic career but last season he flourished and became one of the first names on Neil Lennon’s team sheet.
Billy Davies now wants the player he froze out of Forest back and it’s believed that Kelvin has family ties in Nottingham which is influencing his decision.
Neil Lennon has repeatedly said he isn’t for sale but if the club get in excess of £2Million for him I think it would be hard to pass up, especially if the player would like to move on.
Celtic would be more than capable of handling the Englishman’s departure if the move does finally happen.
We have Van Djik, Ambrose, Mulgrew and Mouyokolo, not to mention some impressive youth players.
