Since Ronny Deila took over as Celtic manager last week the speculation about him going back to his old club to nick a few players has been rife.
One player that has been under the spotlight is Martin Odegaard, the 15 year old youngster who has already made his full debut for Stromsgodset and scored two goals in the process.
While there has been no indication that Ronny is looking to bring the youngster in, Stromsgodset have warned their former manager off any such move.
“Some of our players may be available but our gem, Martin Odegaard, is out of his league financially. He’s going to play for Barcelona.”
Odegaard certainly has a bright future ahead of him and didn’t dismiss linking up with his former boss again in the future:
“If I could work with Ronny again that would be great. Maybe it’s possible, because in football everything is possible” said the attacking midfielder.
Ronny Deila is already pressing ahead with his plans for next season knowing the Champions League qualifiers are already on the horizon.
