CELTIC take on Aberdeen this week in yet another pivotal fixture before the winter shutdown. The bhoys have been flying high on all fronts and continued their winning run against Hearts midweek.

As the weekend approaches, we turn our attention to the Dons who will be out to stop Celtic from winning ten games on the bounce.

The man in the middle for the game at Celtic Park has been appointed by the SFA and it will be none other than Euan Anderson.

Anderson will have to do better than Bobby Madden on Wednesday night at Hearts with the referee letting so many things go and penalising Celtic when no infringements took place.

The lack of penalties Celtic have won this season has also been peculiar, given we are a team who are normally on the front foot and find ourselves in the box more often than not – the referees have been reluctant to point to the spot. Maybe we’re due one against Aberdeen.

Referee Euan Anderson
AR1 Frank Connor
AR2 Calum Spence
Fourth Official Don Robertson
