Sky Sports have now confirmed where Celtic supporters can watch Wednesday night’s potentially decisive clash with Motherwell after reversing their original broadcast plans earlier this week.
The broadcaster had initially opted to show Hearts vs Falkirk as the main fixture, with goals from Fir Park fed into coverage across the night.
Motherwell had already moved quickly by offering a pay-per-view stream for the game before Sky’s U-turn was announced. That option remains available, although many supporters will now simply stick with the broadcaster’s coverage instead.
There had still been some confusion over exactly where the Fir Park match would be shown.
Hearts’ game against Falkirk will air on Sky Sports Football, while Motherwell vs Celtic has now been confirmed for Sky Sports+.
Coverage of both games starts at 7pm, with kick-off an hour later.
The channel allows Sky to broadcast multiple live events simultaneously and has become a regular feature for midweek fixture cards across British football.
There is no shortage of drama attached to the match either.
The permutations are straightforward heading into the final two games of the Premiership season.
If Celtic lose and Hearts win, they hand the title over to the Edinburgh side on Wednesday night. If Celtic draw and Hearts take three points, the destination of the league would then be decided by goal difference heading into Saturday.
Should both sides win, it sets up a tense final-day shootout at Celtic Park with Hearts travelling to Glasgow and the title still alive.

The Hoops’ performance level have been inconsistent over the course of the full season, but they have come alive during the post-split run.

Motherwell away under the lights is rarely comfortable at the best of times. With the league hanging in the balance, the atmosphere and scrutiny around this one will be on another level entirely.

Since then, they have beaten the Steelmen 3-1 in Glasgow’s East End.
