CELTIC will get the chance to eat into the points deficit quicker than expected if they can put some wins together.

The St Mirren tie which had been scheduled for the start of March will now take place at the end of January.

This is due to the postponement of the Scottish Cup because the lower leagues have been shut down for three weeks.

Originally, Celtic were pencilled in to play their 3rd round tie but that will go on the back burner and the bhoys will take on St Mirren.

Celtic are so far behind, the prospect of a revival just doesn’t look on the cards. But we must look to get as close as possible, giving up and not putting work in now, to fall further behind would be criminal.

Celtic have two games against Livingston in the next seven days, with one of those games not featuring the thirteen isolating stars.
