CELTIC FLOP Teemu Pukki might just be having the best season of his career so far at Norwich.

The Finnish striker has scored 10 goals in 16 appearances for his new club and is enjoying life in England. To put that into context, the player only scored 9 goals for Celtic in 38 appearances.

However, Pukki’s form has alerted some big sides and reports in Turkey claim Turkish giants Galatasaray have been monitoring the player and were even in attendance in Norwich’s 4-3 games against Millwall where the former Parkhead player scored the winner.

“It is obviously flattering, but at the same time I know that rumours always circulate,” Pukki told Finnish media as cited by Sports Witness.

“Most do not match.

“Me and my family are enjoying ourselves very much in Norwich.”

Galatasaray are looking for more firepower and are willing to pay big money to land a striker in January.

Pukki signed a three-year deal with the Carrow Road side back in the summer after Norwich snapped the striker up on a free.

The English club would demand a sizeable fee for the Teemu if Galatasaray does come calling.

Celtic paid £2.5million for the frontman back in 2013 from FC Schalke 04 at the time.

The 28-year-old has a new lease of life in England and we wish him all the best, whatever he plans on doing.
