CELTIC have tonight announced Thursday’s tie with AIK Stockholm WILL be televised by CelticTV to the UK and Ireland.

Fear over a UK wide blackout of the game have been put to bed with the announcement.

We had a sneaky suspicion this would be the case with Celtic doing a similar thing in the last round and couldn’t announce it until 24 hours before the game was set to kick off.

UEFA rules stop the club from making any announcement until that time as we found out previously through Celtic.

So if you’re in the UK or Ireland and you have a Celtic TV subscription then you’ll be able to tune in

Celtic are looking for Europa League redemption after a crazy night against Cluj last week cost the bhoys a place in the Champions League play-offs.

Neil Lennon is hoping for a win and most importantly a clean sheet from his side on Thursday night. There’s not expected to be a capacity crowd for the match.
